Unit Introduction
1. Electroplating: Electroplating is the process of applying a thin layer of other metals or alloys onto the surface of certain metals using the principle of electrolysis. During electroplating, an electrolyte containing ions of the plating metal is typically used to prepare the electroplating solution. The metal product to be plated is immersed in the electroplating solution and connected to the negative terminal of a DC power supply as the cathode, while the plating metal serves as the anode and is connected to the positive terminal. A low-voltage direct current is applied, causing the anode metal to dissolve into the solution as cations, which migrate to the cathode. These ions gain electrons at the cathode and are reduced to metal, coating the metal product that requires plating.
2. Anodizing: Anodizing is a treatment process where metal or non-metal products act as an anode in a specific electrolyte under particular working conditions. Through the action of direct current, an anti-corrosion oxide film is formed on their surface.
3. The temperature of the electroplating and anodizing solutions is controlled by the electroplating solution cooling and heating constant temperature unit. Unit Refrigeration Principle
The compressor operates, converting low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, which enters the condenser. Part of the heat from the refrigerant in the condenser is expelled by external cooling water or cooling fans. After releasing heat, the refrigerant liquefies into a high-temperature, high-pressure liquid and flows out. It then passes through a dryer filter for drying and filtration before entering the expansion valve for throttling (a rapid cooling process) and pressure reduction. The refrigerant liquefies into a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid and enters the evaporator for heat exchange. The low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs heat from the surrounding medium (electroplating solution) in the evaporator. During the heat absorption process, the refrigerant temperature remains constant while its volume changes. After absorbing heat, the low-pressure liquid refrigerant vaporizes into a low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant and enters the compressor. It is compressed into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas and returns to the condenser, completing the refrigeration cycle. This effectively cools the electroplating solution, maintaining it at the desired temperature.
Unit Heating Principle
Based on the refrigeration principle, the compressor operates, converting low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature, high-pressure gas. The refrigerant passes through a four-way valve and a liquid storage tank before entering the condenser. The heat from the condenser is utilized to heat water in a tank, with water temperatures reaching up to 90°C. After releasing heat, the refrigerant liquefies into a high-temperature, high-pressure liquid and flows out. It then passes through a dryer filter for drying and filtration before entering the expansion valve for throttling (a rapid cooling process) and pressure reduction.
